YG002A fiber fineness comprehensive analyzer is a man-machine interactive fiber comprehensive analyzer. The instrument connects optical microscopy with computer through high-resolution industrial camera, and accomplishes fiber diameter and cross-sectional area as well as fiber content in blended fibers by professional analysis software.

Functional two-fiber diameter measurement:

It can be used to measure the diameter of animal fibers, chemical fibers, cotton and hemp fibers. The measuring speed is fast, easy to operate, and the human error is reduced. The measuring range of the instrument is 1-2000 um. The data and reports are output by EXCEL. The format and statistics of the reports can be changed according to the user's requirements (standards need to be provided).

Functional three-diameter automatic measurement:
