Ashley's new Judge QC is an economical and efficient light source box in the industry with a rugged industrial design. Its surface powder coated metal structure can ensure long service life. Five light sources are provided:

Stable fluorescent lighting conforms to major international standards such as ISO, ASTM, DIN, ANSI and BSI visual evaluation requirements.

Special D50 light source for printing and packaging applications and special D65 light source for industrial applications. Also included are tungsten filament lamps (A), UV and fluorescent lamps. The new dual-daylight mode may be convenient for operators who need to view samples under D50 and D65 lighting conditions to switch between the two light sources easily.

Light source installation and replacement is simple, and can be operated independently, or let the technicians of Escherichia complete.

Optional light source groups including calibration authentication are selected.

Pay attention to homochromatic spectrum and fluorescent whitening agent

Homochromic spectrum refers to the phenomenon of color matching under one light source and mismatching under another light source, which usually occurs when dyes, paints or pigments are changed in the production process. To check the homochromic spectrum, samples need to be examined under various light sources. The Judge QC light source box includes tungsten filament lamp (A), the main light source for homochromic and hetero-spectral comparison.

When the sample contains fluorescent brightener (OBA), the Judge QC UV lamp should be used. OBA is used to achieve "whiter than white" effects on a variety of materials, including plastics, coatings, coatings and paper. If the lighting conditions are not appropriate, white and any color applied to the material or fabric will not be consistent and will not achieve the desired value. Judge QC's UV lighting enables accurate visual evaluation of OBA enhancement materials.
