JF-DR3 is a semi-automatic intelligent digital Rockwell hardness tester. In addition to adjusting the load-changing handwheel and loading the initial test force, the machine realizes the automation of measurement.

The 5.2 "color touch resistance screen display interface is used to display and set the current test scale, test force, test pressure head, holding time, Hardness Conversion value, type of pressure head, etc.

The artificial operation error of the manual Rockwell hardness tester is eliminated by controlling the loading, holding and unloading of the test force by the motor.

The built-in test software can compensate the machine with 3HR, so that the adjustment of micro-deviation does not need to open the cover plate of the machine for mechanical adjustment, which reduces the cost of use and after-sales service.

The built-in processor automatically calculates and displays the deviation of maximum, minimum, average and hardness values, and the display resolution is 0.1HR, which effectively improves the measurement accuracy of the system.

According to the measured surface Rockwell hardness value, it can be automatically converted to HV, HBW, HK, surface Rockwell hardness and other hardness values. It is no longer necessary to waste time and energy to query the tedious hardness comparison table.

Multilingual settings are available, including Chinese, English, German, Portuguese, Turkish, Czech and Korean.

Provide 2000 groups of single data storage function and 1000 groups of data storage function, and can provide a single data view and data analysis function;

Bluetooth wireless printer is optional for data printing and Bluetooth PC receiver for on-line communication with computer.
